Mid week mojo - week 5 part 2

Scrapbook Steals had two sketches for us to work with this week. I loved them both so did a layout using each sketch.

This week at Scrapbook Steals the weekly sketch challenge  gave us two sketches  to work with ! Here is my take on Sketch  #1.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge

This weeks challenge over at Sassy Cheryl was Fancy Edges.

I had recently downloaded a card file template that I thought would be perfect for this challenge.

It was super easy to put together!

Aeroplane Bag pattern test

I was lucky enough to be able to test another pattern for Sara at Sew Sweetness. This bag comes in two different sizes. I made the long version but love this bag so much I will definitely make the regular version.

I used Sandi Henderson fabric for this bag. I would say this pattern is for intermediate sewers.

It is very roomy and I had a chance to use this bag on the weekend when we went away. I love it and know that I will get lots of use out of it!

ScrapMuch?

I was able to finish the layout for this weeks challenge over at ScrapMuch?

I used a really old kit that I had in my stash! It is so satisfying to be able to use it up after having kept it around for soooo long!!!

Mid week Mojo #4

I loved the sketch for this weeks challenge over at Scrapbook Steals!

I used the My Mind's Eye On the Sunny Side collection.

 

Look, I even sewed in two spots!!

 

I can't wait for the summer to arrive!!

Sassy Cheryl's weekly challenge

This week the challenge over at Sassy Cheryl is to use White, Green and Orange. Because my photo's are not the greatest my green looks more like blue!!

With Easter only a few weeks away I went with the Easter theme! I know someone who loves Easter so may actually put this card in the mail!
